Kingsway and Hammonton will move up to the powerful American Division in the projected alignments for 2016 and 2017 in the revamped West Jersey Football League. Kingsway, which was a Group 1 team when Tony Barchuk took over as coach in 1979, was classified as a Group 5 program this season and will face perennial large-school powers such as Cherokee, Shawnee, Williamstown, and Washington Township in the newly formed American Division. Hammonton, which moved to the WJFL from the Cape-Atlantic League in 2014, will join perennial power Shawnee as Group 4 programs in the WJFL's big division in the projected alignment.
